Steeped in history yet equipped with modern amenities, the Palmento can also transform seamlessly into a unique venue for corporate events and professional events, complete with a projector and audio system.

The Stanza Natura is a modern, air-conditioned sanctuary defined by light and space. Upon entering through the French doors, guests are greeted by natural sunlight streaming through expansive skylights, creating an ideal welcome area for receptions. The flow continues into the dining space, where access to the private garden seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. It is a versatile venue perfectly suited for group workshops, family celebrations, and corporate events.

La Corte Celeste è un incantevole cortile siciliano situato nel cuore della Etna Urban Winery.
Raffinato e tranquillo, questo spazio all’aperto offre un’atmosfera rilassante dove gli ospiti possono godersi momenti speciali immersi in una luce delicata e filtrata. Il Giardino Etna, situato tra l’antico palmento del XVIII secolo e il vigneto, è uno spazio incantevole che celebra la bellezza dell’Etna. Il giardino è organizzato con quattro grandi tavoli rotondi disposti attorno a un percorso sinuoso, e una varietà di fiori e piante dona colore e vitalità all’ambiente. Sono proprio queste caratteristiche a rendere il Giardino Etna una cornice visivamente straordinaria e coinvolgente per ogni evento.Il Giardino Etna è pensato per adattarsi a qualsiasi occasione, da piccoli incontri e workshop con il nostro servizio di catering dedicato, fino a grandi eventi che occupano l’intero spazio, permettendo agli ospiti di godere appieno dell’esperienza panoramica e sensoriale del giardino.

The Giardino delle Saje is a spacious, open-air venue situated between our historic winery and the vineyard. Named after its historical origins—’garden around the irrigation channel’—this space is defined by a centuries-old water system that flows through the garden as a gentle, running stream to this day. With the magnificent backdrop of Mount Etna, this panoramic area features a hard floor and offers flexible seating arrangements. It is perfectly designed for hosting large summer celebrations with loved ones or for providing a spectacular setting for corporate team-building and breakout sessions.
Facilities:
The Torchio (named after the 18th-century wine press it houses) offers an intimate indoor setting within the historic palmento. This unique space allows smaller groups to immerse themselves in the origins of our winery. The room retains its original multi-level structure, once utilized during the wine-making process. The Torchio is perfectly suited for informal gatherings, private drinks receptions, or small, exclusive events, making it a fantastic choice regardless of the season.
Petralonga – Etna Urban Winery is the closest and easiest winery to reach from Catania, and one of the most accessible wineries on Mount Etna. Thanks to its strategic location, it can also be easily reached from Taormina and Siracusa via direct train connections to Catania Centrale Station.
For maximum comfort, a shuttle service from Catania city center is available for both the Sicilian Lunch experience and the Sunset Tour & Dinner.
